Medical and dental

If you’re going to work in healthcare, this better be good. We’ll pay 90% of the employee premium for medical, dental, and vision. We’ll also pay 60% of dependent premiums. Our medical plans provide flexibility with PPO and HSA options, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides anonymous help around the clock.

Financial

We offer a generous 401(k) contribution whether you open an account or not. The company also offers short an long-term disability insurance, life and additional voluntary life insurance. Depending on the healthcare plan you choose, healthcare savings accounts (HSAs) might be available, and a generous stock option plan is available to all employees.

Additional benefits

The company offers paid parental leave, medical leave to support family members, 16 days of paid time off, 8 paid company holidays, and we close the office for the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

From candidate to colleague

Wondering what to expect after you submit an application? Our hiring process follows seven simple steps:

01.

Application

We review every single resume we receive.

02.

Recruiter screen

A 45-minute phone screen with a recruiter to review your resume and our role. You’ll get a chance to ask any initial questions about the job and our company.

03.

Hiring manager

This will be conducted over video and for at least 30 minutes with the person who could be your next manager. You will be asked a mix of behavioral and/or technical questions depending on the role.

04.

Panel interviews

45 minutes over video where you’ll meet stakeholders and potential teammates. Bring a list of questions because this is your chance to get to know potential colleagues, too.

05.

Executive interview

30 minutes via video conference with our CEO and, potentially, another member of the Executive Leadership Team. Depending on the role, you might also have an additional call with our board members.

06.

Offer

We’ll extend an offer to the candidate who best matches the skills and requirements of the role.

07.

Welcome
